Everyday I think about blogging but I really haven't had much to talk about since the last time I posted. But I figure I can show pictures and try to come up with something :)

Zachary Carter Stanford
Zachary Carter Stanford was born on May 11. He is the cutest little boy I have ever seen in my entire life! No joke!! Since day one he has been making the funniest faces I have ever seen any person make let alone a baby! He is such a happy baby and he is rarely sad. Except for at work when he is forced to sit in a bouncer all day:) But the bouncer does have music now so its more fun! Here are some pictures of the cute little guy!
This is the day that he was born! He literally stayed awake since the time he popped out until bed time!
8 months of pictures...
Wow! It has been forever since I have blogged. That last post by Danny was just too good to beat. But instead of writing a huge long blog of the happenings I will just post a shiz load of pictures and stuff! Enjoy!
So my parents were selling some sweet kitchen cabinets and I had the awesome idea of turning them into a TV stand. I think it turned out pretty sweet!

Black Friday Crazy Woman
This is Danny. McKenna blogs a lot, but I don't. But I feel the need to tell you this, so you know it's gonna be a good story.
I was standing in Wal-Mart for the 10:00 p.m. black Friday sale. That is probably where I went wrong. Anyways...we wanted some Kinect Games, so I was standing next to the pallet of games that we wanted. I made some friends with the people standing next to me. I was having a casual conversation with some nice moms that love their kids enough to wait an hour or so in crazy Wal-Mart for a game (a game that they have no idea has tons of blood and killing).
At 9:50 p.m. I knew it was getting close to "go time" and it was getting really crowded. I was expecting some call on the intercom or something, but I guess someone in a far away place somewhere inside Wal-Mart screamed "Go" freaking loud and it set off a chain of madness-- straight up domino effect all through the store in less than a minute. Next thing I knew, a mom that was kind and sweet two minutes ago jumped on my back and tried to throw me out of the way, hitting the back of my head with some part of her body in the process. So I stood up hard and ended up squatting her into the air. I turned around and said, "Are you kidding me, lady?" With the most devilish look on her face and in the most evil tone ever she said, "No! I'm not!" And somehow she said it with a smile on her face...a face I will never forget. P.S. she had a gorilla nose. Sadly she got her stupid game, a game that wasn't even a hot item that other people wanted. She thought she was getting the latest Call of Duty, but it was so old that no one else wanted it.
A few minutes later I saw her again on my way to find McKenna. I turned to her said something I am proud of. I said, "Woman, you are insane." She just smiled again like she did earlier and then lied to me saying, "Yeah, and you punched me in face." I laughed and thought, "Hm...maybe insane ladies think that punching someone in the face is code for getting thrown into the air." In the end, she got her game and I got mine, but at least I didn't lose my self-respect, dignity, and lots of other things all for a $15 outdated game that my kids won't even like. Oh yeah, and at least I am not mentally unstable either.
That is all. Thanks for reading my story. I feel better now.

Oh just what I did with my spare time...
This week my dear friend/roommate Melissa is getting married!! Its so exciting I am incredibly happy for her. I told her I would make her bouquet and I think it turned out pretty dang cute if I do say so myself!! I am really proud of it...maybe I should go into the crafty business. Pahah ya right. I also decided that I wanted to make myself a new skirt so I could wear it to her wedding. So I did its a little big so I will need to fix it but its adorable and has pockets and it only took me about 3 hours!! (In that time I also watched glee and new girl) So I basically feel really cool!

Funniest thing to happen in my sleep...
On Wednesday morning at 4:00 am to be exact the funniest thing in the whole entire world happened. It was one of those moments that I truly wish Danny and I had our own reality tv show so I could go back and watch it over and over again. Just sitting here thinking about it I am laughing!
So here is the story...
I was sleeping on my side like I always do and I guess I was coming out of REM because I was half awake half asleep. I guess I really wanted to rub Danny's face so I go to turn over onto my other side so I can do just that and I full on smacked the poor kid in the face! It woke me up all the way and Danny flings his whole body up and is like a mini bit freaking out. He looks at his phone to see what time it was and he just said all sleepy like "What the heck its only 4:00 in the morning". He lays back down and is basically out of it. I felt so bad but at the same time it was hilarious. So I just sat there laughing for like a half hour. I really couldn't stop. Well the next morning he had to be gone at 6:30 so I never really got to talk to him about it. We were texting throughout the day and I just felt so bad about smacking him I kept apologizing. Then he sent me this text: " Love you didn't mack me you just caressed me which is ok at all times except 4 am lol. It was just funny how you couldn't stop laughing and I was so confused." This text made the situation about a trillion times funnier!!! I am glad he didn't realize that I smacked him pretty hard but just thought I was caressing him!! Oh man. So great.
To make the story even better I told my dad the story after work at like 5:30 pm a good 13.5 hours after it happened and I was laughing so hard while reading him the text I was crying!!! 3 days later I am still laughing about it. Every once in awhile I just burst out laughing thinking about how hilarious the whole thing was while it was happening!!

Best Mini Victory EVER...
So I have been feeling down in the dumps lately. Just really sick and yucky. I didn't go to school yesterday because of sick and yucky feeling. So I texted by brother in law to inform him that I would be unable to attend our construction class.
For those of you who don't know, I took this Construction Management class with him because I needed another class so I would have enough credits to be a full time student. I am one of two girls and I am the only person with ZERO construction experience. I mean I live in a house. I have seen construction workers. There are frikin orange construction cones I want to hit with my car. So I thought that was good enough experience to take the class. Oh how I was wrong. I sit in class take notes and wish I had even a mini clue what is going on.
Well yesterday my brother in law texted me the most beautiful and amazing text I think I have ever received and now I am on a construction high!! The text went like so..."You got the highest score on the paper out of both his classes, 90, great job, the average was about 50." WHAT?!?!?!! are you kidding me!!!! I was beyond happy! I think I may have cried a little! Not only do I have no idea what is going on in class but the teacher wanted us to write a 3 page research paper (in APA format, which I have never done) on BIM. What the sam heck is BIM. Well I researched my fanny off let me tell you and my sweet, amazingly perfect and wonderful husband helped me outline my paper and found me some references and everything!! SO happy!! So point of this blog...I deserve a fabulous dinner on mine and Danny's "You are special" plate.
